/ The Haridwar Chapter was launched, as the first chapter of DCE-DTU Alumni Association on 26 June 2009 in presence of the President , Secretary and several governing council members who came from Delhi for the launch.
The launch function was attended by many DCEites in Haridwar including the Executive Director, GM (HR) and many senior executives of BHEL. An Executive Committee was also placed in position by the President to run the chapter.
From 25 members on launch, the chapter has grown to 40 members presently. Its members are maintaining a social contact on regular basis. The present Committee comprises of :
