/ The Delhi College of Engineering Alumni Association team, led by Dr. Pawan Kr. Sharma, IAS, the President of the association, received a welcome call from DTU's Honorable Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Prateek Sharma. The purpose of the call was to explore opportunities for collaboration between the association and the university. Upon arrival at DTU, Prof. Rajesh Rohilla, Dean of Alumni Affairs, extended a warm welcome to Pawan Sharma. Joint Secretary Arun Gupta joined in welcoming them at the campus.
Subsequently, a comprehensive hour-long meeting took place with Vice-Chancellor Prof. Prateek Sharma, Registrar, and all Deans of the university. The discussions encompassed various topics, including student mentorship, scholarships, contributions to the university by successful alumni, course curriculum related to the "Art of Living," and ongoing sessions for DTU's bright young students featuring different keynote speakers.
During the meeting, Prof. Prateek Sharma honoured all present council members with mementos and shawls. Following a working lunch with the Deans, the executive council members visited the Alumni offices to assess the current operational status.
